Catalog description

Students are provided an in-depth study of digital technologies in health information management systems. Topics discussed in the course may include approaches to data acquisition, storage systems, retrieval constructs, analysis of information, and technological use to provide information to drive decisions that address opportunities and problems in health care organizations. Prerequisite: Graduate standing.
