Catalog description

Students engage in an advanced, interdisciplinary investigation of the historiography of cross-cultural encounters and exchanges. Students examine the historiography of three specific case studies: the ancient Silk Roads, the trans-Eurasian Mongol Empire, and the trans-Atlantic Columbian Exchange. Prerequisite: Graduate standing.
