Catalog description

Students learn how financial institutions, particularly commercial banks, manage risk and maintain financial stability. They explore topics such as financial statement analysis, capital adequacy regulation, and asset, liability, and liquidity management. Students also examine credit, portfolio, liquidity, and operational risk management practices to develop sound financial decision-making skills in a regulated institutional environment. Prerequisite: FINC 5310 .
