Students learn advanced topics and develop practical skills in construction management by developing a construction project proposal that includes project planning, estimating, scheduling, design coordination, and risk analysis. Emphasis is placed on real-world problem solving, integration of technical and managerial skills, and the use of industry-standard tools and practices. Prerequisite: Senior standing.
