Students build on their rhetorical knowledge, incorporating more complex methods in their writing processes, including using research in student writing, writing for specific contexts, and/or multimodal composing. Students integrate critical thinking skills into writing, including analysis, synthesis, interpretation, and evaluation. Prerequisite: ENGL 1301 .
