Students focus on the principles and techniques in software testing, including the design of high quality tests, the theory behind criteria-based test design, and its application in practice. Topics may include test design, test automation, test coverage criteria, and how to test software in cutting-edge software development environments. Topics may also include proving correctness and static and dynamic analysis. Prerequisite: DFSC 7340 .
