Catalog description

Students apply group theory and design to practice, and demonstrate understanding of group leadership, stages of group process, and therapeutic factors in group facilitation for a variety of groups and settings. Developmental, socio-cultural, ethical, and legal considerations and use of technology in group practice discussed. Students engage in a small group experience.
