Catalog description

Students engage in a 4-week clinical experience under the supervision of endocrinologists who manage patients with complex endocrine conditions. The experience may include inpatient admissions and/or consultations in addition to outpatient clinic. Students obtain comprehensive patient histories, perform physical examinations, and collaborate with supervising physicians to develop differential diagnoses and formulate evidence‑based management plans for a range of endocrine scenarios. Prerequisite: CLIN 7801 .
