Catalog description

This course focuses on effective programs and practices at middle-level schools. Emphasis is placed on a historical perspective and philosophy, components of highly successful programs, and current trends and issues in middle-level education. Field experiences in public schools at appropriate levels included in this course. Prerequisite: EDUC 2305 or CIME 3374 ; Admission to Educator Preparation Program and Departmental approval.
