Students explore strategies for scaling startups, including growth models, funding rounds, operational efficiency, team dynamics, marketing, and ethical considerations. This course dives into the strategies that turn small ventures into industry leaders. Students design a comprehensive growth plan and financial forecast that captures investor attention. Through hands-on projects and real-world case studies, students learn to think big, move fast, and scale smart. Prerequisite: BUAD 3345 .
