This course dives into the strategies that turn small ventures into industry leaders. Students design a comprehensive growth plan and financial forecast that captures investor attention. Through hands-on projects and real-world case studies, students learn to think big, move fast, and scale smart. Prerequisite: BUAD 3345 .
