Students examine the legal systems that shape global trade and multinational enterprises. Topics may include import–export regulation, foreign investment, anti corruption laws, and ethical challenges in global business operations. Emphasis is placed on understanding legal risk, compliance, and decision making in a dynamic international business environment through case studies, interactive discussions, and practical examples. Students learn how global laws impact real-world business decisions and influence innovation, trade, and entrepreneurship worldwide.
