Students explore proven strategies and techniques to influence outcomes, build relationships, and create value in personal and business settings. Students move beyond theory by planning, adapting, and executing business negotiations. Through interactive exercises, role-playing, and real-world case studies, students develop the confidence and skills to negotiate effectively in high-stakes situations. This course is designed to prepare future leaders to manage conflict, gain competitive advantage and achieve results in today’s competitive business environment. Prerequisite: None.
