Students explore the challenging ethical dilemmas shaping corporate decision-making. Students examine real-world ethical challenges and learn how to build a strong foundation for making responsible choices. From fiduciary duties to insider trading, whistleblowing, leveraged buyouts, and conflicts of interest, students uncover how ethics shape decisions across every business function. Through case studies and interactive discussions, students learn to navigate legal compliance, loyalty dilemmas, and high-stakes scenarios that define modern business leadership.
