Catalog description

Students explore the principles and practices essential for developing, managing, and executing successful sales strategies within new and growing ventures. The course integrates theoretical foundations with practice-based learning, allowing students to apply sales concepts, negotiation tactics, and relationship-building skills to real entrepreneurial situations. Students learn to identify target markets, analyze customer needs, and create value-driven conversations that spur business development. Emphasis may be placed on ethical sales practices, technological tools in sales, and adapting strategies for dynamic marketplaces. Students will design and implement sales strategies that support startup growth and long-term sustainability.
