Catalog description

Students explore the legal aspects of shaping content creation, social media marketing, e-commerce, intellectual property, online communication, and digital privacy. Students also examine the legal and ethical challenges of cybersecurity risk and compliance—critical issues for any modern business. Students apply these concepts across the entire business life cycle while examining how legal and ethical decisions impact a company’s online presence. Students learn how to protect creativity, manage risk, and build trust in the digital marketplace.
