Catalog description

Students are study general principles of botany. Emphasis is placed on morphology, taxonomy, genetics, physiology, and ecology of plants in an evolutionary and ecological context. Students may begin sequence with either BIOL 2411 or BIOL 2413 . Includes a three-hour lab. Fall, Spring, Summer. Course Equivalents: BIOL 1311, 1411 Prerequisite: Demonstrated college-level readiness in reading, writing, and math.
