Students explore works of art and architecture in a specific historical and cultural context. The influence of social, political, economic, and religious circumstances on the creation and use of art works will be considered, as well as relationships and transitions between popular culture and fine arts. Prerequisite: ARTS 1303 and ARTS 3385 .
