Introduction to Poultry Science.

Catalog description

Students analyze the field of poultry science. The course will help the student have a better understanding of poultry and the poultry industry and what is required to be successful in that venue. The course will cover past, present, and future industry components. Management principles and practices will be discussed as relevant to small farms and commercial production. Prerequisite: ANSC 1319 with a C or better.
