Proposed Course Description: Students explore the legal and regulatory factors influencing agricultural land use and property values, market valuation and appraisal techniques, financing strategies for farmstead ownership, and the fundamentals of real estate brokerage and transaction closure. Practical tools for investing in and managing agricultural and commercial real estate are also provided. Course Equivalents: AGRI 4377 Prerequisite: Completed 45 hours.
