Catalog description

Students examine advanced managerial accounting applications that address contemporary strategic and operational challenges. Through cases, simulations, and applied exercises, students develop the analytical and communication skills required to generate, interpret, and leverage management accounting information for strategic decision-making. Emphasis may be placed on the role of the management accountant as a key contributor to cross-functional leadership and organizational performance. Prerequisite: Admission to the MS in Accounting program.
