Catalog description

This course provides a general understanding of industrial and organizational psychology including motivation, job attitudes, teamwork, leadership, and organizational development. Students will be able to summarize the basic theories and concepts within industrial and organizational psychology and propose potential solutions to organizational problems using theories and findings from industrial and organizational psychology. Offered fall, spring.
