Catalog description

Comparative Behavior is an overview of psychological processes and how they vary across taxonomic groups. It takes an evolutionary and ecological approach to understanding differences in behavioral adaptations across animal species, including humans. Students will be expected to understand basic processes which shape animal behavior, utilize primary literature, synthesize information from multiple sources, and demonstrate critical thinking. Offered annually.
