Catalog description

Psychology in Your Life introduces students to basic psychological concepts they are likely to encounter in their day-to-day lives. Through this, the course aims to equip students with knowledge and tools they can use in shaping the life they want to lead. Content includes basic scientific literacy, how we think, personal well-being, interpersonal skills, and interacting with the world around us. Offered fall, spring.
