Catalog description
This synthesis course provides a culminating experience with a variety of learning activities that integrate clinical reasoning, nursing management and evaluation skills. Utilizing critical inquiry and evidence based practice the nurse's role in optimizing health outcomes is more fully appreciated. The students' development of professional identity as a member of an interdisciplinary team is also fostered. Offered fall, spring and summer (summer is limited to students in BSN/ACC program).
