This course explores the practice of professional nurses as they interact with the various elements of health systems, environmental factors, social policies, and delivery of care. These concepts will be examined from a national and global perspective. Community health nursing will be thoroughly examined and mental health concepts will be explored to enhance understanding an application in practice. Offered fall and spring.
