Catalog description
This course introduces necessary concepts for safe medication administration. Additionally covered in this course will be the basics of pharmacokinetics, drug classifications, and dosage calculations. The role of the pharmacologic nurse in patient education and the use of current resources are emphasized. Offered in spring and fall.
