*Level 1 Professional Education Course. This course consists of both classroom and field experiences. The course examines the nature of human knowledge, psychological theories of learning and factors influencing it, stages of human development and the growth of the mind, and the use of psychology in the classroom. Methods of research in educational psychology are also introduced in this course. 5 field hours are required. Offered fall and spring.
