*Formerly Methods of Teaching English in Secondary School. *Level 2 education course: requires admission to an Education Program. This course builds on and expands the material covered in ENGL 356 and ENGL 371. This course covers the theories and practices of teaching English in secondary school English language arts classrooms, in addition to an emphasis on integrating reading, writing, speaking, listening and technology skills into effective lessons and units. 30 field experience hours required.
