Comics and the Female Voice

Catalog description

This upper-level literature course offers an overview of the comics created by some of the most representative female cartoonists, Spanish and from other countries, of the 21st century. For this new course, the readings proposed for class will be graphic narratives of the self, or comics that collect testimonies from women, from different places and from a fundamentally feminist perspective.
