This course is about the human search for God. Its special focus is on the history and theology of Christian prayer: what it is, what it means, what it does, especially through the eyes of the Jesuit, Catholic tradition. Students will learn the fundamentals of sacramental theology, liturgical theology, and the history of Christian worship.
