This graduate course offers an overview of major theories and models of organizational change, with a particular emphasis on the principles and practices of Organizational Development (OD). Students will explore the behavioral science foundations of change management, examine strategies for planned change, and develop practical skills through readings, case analyses, role-plays, and reflective journaling. The course emphasizes both conceptual understanding and applied learning, preparing students to diagnose organizational challenges and implement evidence-based change initiatives using OD frameworks.
