Occupational Health Psychology

Catalog description

This course is designed to provide an introductory overview to the field of Occupational Health Psychology (OHP), including the research, theory, and practical applications for how Industrial Organizational psychology can help support employee health. Through reading, discussion, and research proposals, this course is meant to provide a space to (a) learn about the field of OHP and the current research being done in this area, as well as (b) critically think about the implications of this research for research and application to organizations.
