Catalog description

This course is designed to provide an introductory overview of workplace leadership, including the research, theory, and practical applications for how IO psychology can help support leaders and leader development. Through reading, discussion, and research proposals, this course is meant to provide a space to (a) learn about workplace leadership and the current research being done in this area, as well as (b) critically think about the implications of this research for research and application to organizations.
