Psychological Measurement in the Workplace

This course focuses on psychological measurement used in the workplace for personnel selection, performance evaluation, training, and other human resources management practices. This course bridges theoretical knowledge of psychological measurement and psychometrics with practical application by guiding students in developing a measurement instrument for a human resource management purpose. Students are expected to engage in each step of the instrument development process and collaborate with their peers to produce a reliable and valid instrument.
