Catalog description

This course explores the psychological experience of work from the individual’s perspective. It examines the changing nature of work and the personal expectations, values and beliefs people hold about jobs and careers. The course seeks to understand the diversity of occupations and what makes work a positive, meaningful experience or leads to dissatisfaction and negative consequences. Opportunities are provided to develop the skills of a reflective practitioner.
