Discovering the Portuguese-Speaking World

Catalog description

Students continue to build on their knowledge of the Portuguese language and Lusophone culture while raising their proficiency in Portuguese to a B2.1 or Advanced Low level, according to the CEFR and ACTFL framework references. The course is organized into thematic units that integrate speaking, listening, writing and reading skills and explore cultural topics and specific vocabulary that serve as a basis for communication in real-life situations.
