Pediatric Rheumatology

Catalog description

The student will have the opportunity to work with pediatric and med/ped rheumatologists. The student will participate in the evaluation of children and young adults presenting primarily with musculoskeletal complaints, abnormal lab tests, and recurrent fevers. Time will mostly be spent in the outpatient setting with some exposure to inpatient consultations.
