Pediatric Orthopaedics

Catalog description

The student will work directly with residents and attending staff, and is expected to participate as an active team member in the direct delivery of inpatient and outpatient care. In-house call is optional. While on the Pediatric Service, participation in sub-specialty clinics is required. Regular weekly rounds and conferences are held at Cardinal Glennon every Monday and Friday. In addition, students are encouraged to attend conference of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery which are held at Saint Louis University on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings.Students must contact Janell Britton (577-8850 or email [email protected]) two weeks prior to the course to confirm course and receive instructions.
