Catalog description

Quantitative marketing research is about bringing clarity and confidence to decision-making through data. If you enjoy using facts and figures to support your ideas, validate assumptions, and explain consumer behavior, this course will help you sharpen those skills. This course focuses on how surveys and data are used to understand what consumers are doing, how often they’re doing it, and how those behaviors shape marketing strategy. Students learn how to turn business questions into measurable objectives, design and distribute surveys, and interpret data to uncover meaningful patterns and trends. Emphasis is placed on using data to support decisions, challenge assumptions, and confidently tell a story with numbers. Through a hands-on, client-based project, students gain practical experience translating data into insights that drive strategic action.
