Catalog description

Upon successful completion, students will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to examine, assess, and predict energy generation, consumption, and future trends using various analytical tools. This course offers a comprehensive overview of sustainable energy sources, encompassing solar and wind power, biofuels, hydroelectric, nuclear, ocean power, and geothermal energy. Economic principles are introduced. Environmental and climate considerations are integrated into the curriculum to provide a holistic understanding of sustainable energy analysis and planning.
