Upon completion, students will possess the skills to analyze, design, and optimize energy systems across diverse applications. This course explores energy systems analysis and optimization techniques, emphasizing improved energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. Students will gain expertise in principles and methodologies through theoretical study and practical applications. Topics include pinch analysis, thermodynamic modeling, exergy analysis, and thermoeconomics.
