Catalog description

This course considers the principles behind and strategies for managing projects within health care organizations, particularly given the uncertainty and complexity of health care today. Students will learn to effectively plan, implement, and evaluate projects while navigating the influence of internal and external environments. Students will develop the skills needed to drive and sustain organizational improvements through change management and process optimization.
