Special Dimensions of Mission Driven Leadership

Catalog description

Leading Catholic schools today is both rewarding and complex. This course explores administrative elements including: 1) charism; 2) building positive school climate and culture; 3) spiritual leadership; 4) role of the family and parish community building; 5) Church documents on the mission and purpose of Catholic education. Roles of the principal and the institution will be explored with special emphasis given to the unique aspects of Catholic schools.
