Earth Critical Resources

Catalog description

This course explores the types, distribution, and origins of critical Earth resources that provide the essential material ingredients of a modern society such as various metallic and non-metallic resources as well as energy resources. The course also looks at the environmental issues related to extraction (mining) and processing of those resources.
