In this highly experiential course, students will dive into the principles and practices of nutrition education, learning to effectively communicate key nutritional concepts to diverse groups. Focusing on public speaking, lesson planning, and interactive teaching strategies, students will gain the skills to inspire and educate others about the importance of nutrition.
