Catalog description

This course provides students a chance to reflect on their experiences thus far as a SLU student, and how these are shaping personal development, potential life paths, and ability to respond to challenging situations. While students’ off-campus community service/justice experiences will provide a primary lens to engage in discernment, other experiences such as family/peer relationships, spiritual encounters, employment, leadership opportunities, etc. will also be referenced. Students will critically evaluate the impact that these experiences have had on their growth as an individual, and will be equipped with skills necessary to handles challenges, respond to stress and cultivate well-being.
