Exceptional Leadership Program

Catalog description

This unique program features 12-modules focused on building leadership skills in high-performing employees. The format for the program is 12 half-day sessions covering a 6-month period. The program is University-sponsored and developed by SLU Ph.D. faculty who are subject matter experts and is based on best practices for leadership development. The modules will be delivered by faculty experts who bring research, theory and real world experience to the classroom. Permission of Program Director is required.
