Ultrasound in the Perioperative Arena

Catalog description

In this course, students will expand upon their baseline knowledge of ultrasound technology and apply various ultrasound examination techniques to the perioperative setting. Through a combination of asynchronous online modules and direct hands-on experience with patients in the clinical setting, students will learn how to identify key anatomy and common conditions on ultrasound and practice these skills themselves. Students will be responsible for completing assigned modules each week.
