Catalog description

This graduate course provides advanced accounting data analytics by emphasizing problem formulation, analytic design, governance and control implications, and executive-level communication. Students work with more ambiguous, unstructured cases and are expected to justify method choices, assess data quality and limitations, and integrate practitioner and scholarly evidence when making recommendations. The course culminates in an advanced analytics deliverable demonstrating an end-to-end workflow appropriate for professional practice.
