Catalog description

This pass/fail course provides new THY students with an overview of the Saint Leo University Theology program. Topics include SLU history and core values; Theology program information; expectations; academic honesty; and SLU portal sign-on, including access to eLion and Learning Studio. Students are required to read and respond to a short essay on the place of theology in advanced studies as well as the role of biblical scholarship in advanced theological studies. This is a required, not-for-credit course that must be completed by mid-term of the student's first semester. Tuition fees will not be assessed.
